ECOC 2024
The ECOC (European Conference and Exhibition on Optical Communication) is the largest conference fair for optical communication technology in Europe and for Next Generation Networks (NGN).
It serves one of the most important growth markets, that of optical communication technology. The stable growth in this industry motivates both research institutions and high-tech companies from the capital region to present their innovations, products and research achievements to the international community.
In 2023, the conference fair underlined its importance in Europe and beyond with 6,700 international participants and almost 350 exhibitors. Last year, the event was able to match the figures from before the pandemic in 2019! After Basel/CH and Glasgow/GB, the ECOC 2024 will take place again in Germany, for the 50th time!
